摘要: A method for assembling microstructures onto a substrate through fluid transport. The being shaped blocks self-align into recessed regions located on such that the microstructure becomes integral with 20, 70, 90, 120, 200. improved includes step of transferring to create slurry. Such slurry is then poured evenly over top surface having thereon. via shape and tumbles substrate, self-aligns, engages region.
