摘要: The ontogeny of somatostatin immunoreactive interneurons in the cerebral cortex lizard Podarcis hispanica has been studied histological series embryos, perinatal specimens, and adults. Somatostatin appear early stages ontogeny, their number increases during embryonary development, reaches a peak postnatal life, decreases adult lizards. first somata forebrain appeared on E36, they were located non cortical areas. Then, E39 later, neurons seen rostral-to-caudal spatial gradient, which parallels that normal histogenesis cortex. On E39, labelled medial dorsal inner plexiform layers; puncta dendritic processes detectable layer E40, observed lateral cortex; found layers (dorsomedial, dorsal, cortices) outer (medial dorsomedial cortices). At hatching (P0), some populated external P28, groups cell cortices, reaching adult-mature pattern immunoreactivity cortex, i.e., populating addition to an axonic plexus outermost part layers. Immunoreactive occupied all areas, but especially abundant Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen (PCNA) immunostaining same revealed PCNA nuclei subjacent proliferative neuroepithelium followed inverse-complementary evolution somatostatin, suggesting temporal relationship between cells neurogenesis
