摘要: In Paramecium, several kinds of the oral networks fine filaments are defined at ultrastructural level. Using sodium chloride-treated apparatus Paramecium as an antigen to produce monoclonal antibodies, we have begun identify proteins constituting these networks. Immunoblotting showed that all positive antibodies were directed against three bands (70-, 75-and 83-kD), which corresponded quantitatively minor components antigen; there was no antibody specific for major (58- and 62-kD). Immunolocalization with four one or supporting area; a decoration basal bodies outer lattice also observed on cortex. Immunofluorescence interphase cells suggested colocalized left side apparatus, whereas only 70-kD band detected right side. During division, antigens different stages after body assembly. The cross-reacted tetrins, filament-forming in Tetrahymena, demonstrating tetrin-related somatic cytoskeleton Paramecium.
