摘要: OBJECTIVE To study the role of HLA class II genes in conferring susceptibility to seronegative vs seropositive rheumatoid arthritis (RA). METHODS The distribution DRB1 and DPB1 alleles 33 seronegative, 20 weakly seropositive, 79 distinctly patients with RA, 181 healthy controls was determined by genomic typing: IgM factor (RF) seronegativity ascertained Waalers' latex, ELISA tests. RESULTS DRB1*0101/2 (encoding variants DR1) associated RA (and possibly RA) but not clearly disease. In contrast DRB1*0401 DRB1*0408 Dw4 Dw14.2 DR4, respectively) were increased among having or RA. DRB1*0404 Dw14.1 variant DR4) some extent all examined subsets. as controls. CONCLUSION Seronegative differ from associations.
