摘要: The present study reports the rare case of a patient with quintuple primary cancer that underwent systematic treatment, including surgical intervention. A 63-year-old male was initially diagnosed esophageal and hypopharyngeal cancer. total pharyngolaryngoesophagectomy using thoracoscopic method reconstruction free jejunal flap gastric tube subsequently administered adjuvant chemotherapy (80 mg/m2 intravenously on day 1, cisplatin; 800 continuous intravenous administration days 1-5, 5-fluorouracil). At 66 years old, left maxillary sinus chemoradiotherapy (four 100 arterial cisplatin injections; 70 Gy/35 f radiotherapy, 2 Gy per over 35 days). 68 resection followed by pedicled jejunum reconstruction. 69 tongue pectoralis major myocutaneous flap.
