摘要: Thermal and alternating field cleaning treatments of Cambrian sedimentary volcanic rocks from the Moroccan Anti-Atlas yield three directions magnetization. The oldest, high thermal stability, gives a new pole 47°N, 42°E with an associated radiometric age 530 m.y. A secondary magnetization, lower has been superimposed during event which occurred in Permo-Triassic time, according to palaeomagnetic evidence (pole 47°S, 88°E). third component was acquired viscously present-day magnetic direction. This study emphasises possibility demagnetization measurements, particularly on hematite-bearing rocks, comparing magnetizations resetting ages.
