摘要: Summary form only given. In the last decade, repetitive high-voltage pulses have been used extensively in industrial applications, as for example food sterilization and surface engineering, which increased need of efficient, flexible suitable power supplies, based on solid state switches. A number techniques order to generate from generators with optimised performance characteristics, taking best solid-state technology. One these is mature Marx generator concept that has intensively through years, significant technological improvements increase original circuit. We will report a newly developed type circuit achieve both output-voltage multiplication energy recovery inductive load namely electromagnetic forming, an all-solid generator. The proposed takes advantage semiconductor hard switches intensive use, replacing conventional bank passive elements, performance, strongly reducing losses increasing pulse repetition frequency. Additionally, designed reset enables use loads, recovering during off state, back storage capacitors. This decreases charging time, higher frequency operation, yield. high voltage measurements output be presented compared results simulations.
