摘要: Single-crystalline indium oxide (In2O3) nanocubes were successfully prepared via dehydration of hydroxide (In(OH)3) synthesized by a hydrothermal method. In situ x-ray diffraction patterns the phase transition obtained. Transmission electron microscopy indicated that morphology In2O3 nanocrystallites was same as their precursors, In(OH)3 nanocrystallites. The reported method, shows simple and effective synthesis route for nanostructured materials.
