摘要: Abstract In 2 O 3 nanoparticles were synthesized by a mechanochemical reaction (InCl · 4H O + NaOH) with NaCl as diluent and subsequent calcination, producing (26.7 nm) at 500 °C for 1 h. The size of the nanoparticle increases increasing calcination temperature.
