摘要: This paper describes the synthesis of indium oxide by a modified sol–gel method, and study thermal decomposition metal complex in air. The characterization intermediate as well final compounds was carried out thermogravimetry, differential analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, small angle scattering. results show that decomposes to In2O3 with formation an compound. Nanoparticles cubic crystallite sizes nanosize range were formed after calcination at temperatures up 900°C. Calcined materials are characterized polydisperse distribution spherical particles sharp smooth surfaces.
