摘要: Summary A comparison of the soluble, membrane- and cell wall-bound peroxidases an organogenetic a nonorganogenetic habituated sugarbeet callus showed that tissues contained higher level peroxidase activity larger number isoenzymes. Partially (through G-100 Sephadex) purified likewise exhibited auxin-oxidase activities. Organogenetic also were found to contain levels inhibitors auxin protectors (auxin-oxidase inhibitors). GC-MS analysis IAA indicated lower hormone in callus. This presumably leads auxin-cytokinin ratio compatible with induction shoot formation.
