摘要: Today’s global organizations are facing questions regarding their organizational identity across different locations. Understanding employees’ diverse cultural perspectives (House, Javidan, & Dorfman, 2001) of is critical for effective recruitment and retention, as well maximizing contributions to identification with the organization. This paper explores how societal culture influences in a organization offers set propositions future theory development. The discussion focuses on local cultures which regional offices located – defined by relative strengths priorities nine dimensions GLOBE study (House et al., 2006) may influence way employees perceive organization’s identity.
