摘要: A microstrip-based microwave phase shifter that includes a thin Fe film as the active element was designed and fabricated. The device is monolithic structure lightweight can be integrated on semiconductor chip. At fixed frequency, large change in phase, , observed power varied. For 1GHz below resonance maximum power-dependent shift δφ = 55°, for above frequency 74°. experimental results show three different regimes: 1) linear regime powers up to 6.3 mW, 2) stable nonlinear levels from mW about 1W, this, 3) an unstable regime. second used signal processing.
