Towards increase of diagnostic efficacy in gynecologic OCT

摘要: Gynecologic applications of optical coherence tomography (OCT) are usually performed in combination with routine diagnostic procedures: laparoscopy and colposcopy. In OCT is employed for inspection fallopian tubes cases unrecognized infertility while colposcopy it used to identify cervix pathologies including cancer. this paper we discuss methods increasing efficacy application these procedures. For OCT-laparoscopy demonstrate independent criteria pathology recognition which allow increase accuracy diagnostics. OCT-colposcopy report on device controlled compression allowing sense the elasticity inspected area distinguish between neoplasia inflammatory processes.
