摘要: Laparoscopic surgery in clinical practice has made great strides extending novel techniques and technology treating numerous disease conditions recent years. It also improved the patient’s outcome while lowering overall cost of healthcare due mainly to shorter duration hospitalization. Despite progress, ability a surgeon view diseased tissue, critical structures such as blood vessels been limited live video images that views during surgery. This study looks first into imaging needs surgeons laparoscopic for common procedures; it then reviews current state art each modality relation identified. The review concludes with summary potential some these optical methods become mainstream imaging.
