摘要: Thirty six samples of bovine milk were collected from Chiapas State, Mexico between January 2011 and December with the intention identifying quantifying organochlorine pesticide residues in organic farms. The analyses done using gas chromatography an electron capture detector (Ni63). In general values found raw lower than permissible limit proposed by FAO/WHO/Codex Alimentarius 2006. Average concentrations for alpha + beta HCH 3.62 ng/g, gamma 0.34 heptachlor epoxide 0.67 DDT isomers 1.53 aldrin dieldrin 0.77 endrin 0.66 ng/g (only present farm 2). has shown low recent years satisfies international national regulations commercialization.
