Daily intake of anthropogenic pollutants through yogurt consumption in the Spanish population

摘要: In the present study we have quantified levels of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in commercially available brands yogurt (17 conventional 15 organic) Spanish market, with goal estimating daily intake these contaminants by population through consumption. On one hand, respect to (OCPs PCBs) our results showed that hexachlorobenzene, p,pʹ-DDE, all PCBs congeners are considered markers environmental contamination were almost samples.
