摘要: We have isolated a number of alkaliphilic Bacillus that produce alkaline exoenzymes and found possible use for cellulase (carboxymethylcellulase) as an additive improving the cleaning effect detergents. Enzymatic properties some candidate cellulases fulfilled essential requirements enzymes to be used practically in laundry Here I describe catalytic mechanism hydrolytic reaction gene industrial produced by one isolates, sp. KSM-635.
