摘要: Amylases are among the most important enzymes and of great significance in present day biotechnology. Alkaline amylases used starch, textile industries as an ingredient detergents. Water samples collected from Lonar lake Buldana district (M.S.). The water analyzed for isolation bacteria on nutrient agar which directly prepared water. Bacterial isolate is identified basis cultural, morphological biochemical characterization. results found that Bacillus licheniformis produced efficient zone starch hydrolysis by producing enzyme alkaline α -amylase. optimum - amylase was using different carbon nitrogen sources. Then assay activity performed DNSA method. production observed 1% a source 0.5% peptone meat extracts .
