摘要: Abstract The present work aims to study the simultaneous production of highly alkaline proteases and thermostable α-amylases by a newly isolated bacterium Bacillus mojavensis SA. optimum pH temperature amylase activity were 9.0 55 °C, respectively, while those proteolytic 12.0 60 °C, respectively. Both α-amylase protease enzymes showed high stability towards wide range temperature. Furthermore, SA crude relatively stable non-ionic (Tween 20, Tween 80 Triton X-100) anionic (SDS) surfactants, as well oxidizing agents. activities improved presence polyethylene glycol 4000 glycerol. Additionally, excellent against various solid liquid detergents. Wash performance analysis revealed that exhibited remarkable efficiency in removal variety type stains, such blood, chocolate, coffee oil. On other side, potential dehairing animal hide without chemical assistance or fibrous proteins hydrolysis. Thus, considering their promising properties, B. could be used several biotechnological bioprocesses.
