摘要: End-point-attached heparinized polyethylene (H-PE) was implanted for 2 months into the peritoneum of C57B1/6 mice. The proliferation bone marrow cells (BMCs) from and non-implanted mice investigated in M-CSF supplemented medium, presence or absence macrophage-specific monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). mAb HC 7.67.B, recognizing a surface determinant on immature monocytoid cells, inhibited BMCs H-PE without any influence animals. peritoneal macrophages demonstrated enhanced production fibronectin (Fn) comparison to Our results suggest changes differentiation murine monocyte-macrophage lineage bearing implants months.
