摘要: Some food antigens (Ag) can be detected in serum immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies (Ab) following ingestion. These Ag may thus essential for inducing the production of IgE or IgG antibodies, which turn lead to onset atopic diseases such as dermatitis, allergic rhinitis and asthma. The molecular weights (MW) these have yet determined. To select samples MW analysis circulating Ag, we measured concentrations cow's milk (CM) sera 88 neonates by radio-immunoassay. They were found present 20 sera. Twelve analyzed immunoblotting. Several bands appeared one samples. Their < 13 000 no native CM proteins could detected.
