摘要: We demonstrate a mode locked nanosecond ytterbium-doped fiber laser using multilayer MoS2 saturable absorber. The is prepared by simple hydrothermal method and made into film structure spin-coating. directly produces pulses with stable locking at pump threshold of 110 mW slope efficiency 41 %. Resultant output have central wavelength, pulse duration, repetition rate 1063.25, 0.1 nm, 22.88 ns 2.17 MHz, respectively. average power was measured to be 9.84 mW under the 220 mW, corresponding single energy 4.53 nJ. experimental results show that promising material for ultrafast systems.
