摘要: Neuronal cell death is a critical physiological process necessary for the normal development of CNS, as well essential removing dysfunctional cells after injury or other various pathological conditions. However, excessive inappropriate neuronal loss also hallmark acute chronic neurodegeneration (Eldadah and Faden 2000; Snider et al. 1999; Graeber Moran 2002; Honig Rosenberg 2000). Many effector pathways are common to both pathophysiological processes. Elucidating such mechanisms initiating signals understanding designing effective therapies.
