摘要: Abstract Two novel bent-shaped D–π–A–π–D chromophore molecules, 2-pyrazolyl-4,6-bis (4-N,N-ethylaminostyryl)pyrimidine (Z1) and 2-imidazolyl-4,6 –bis- (4-N,N- ethylaminostyryl) pyrimidine (Z2), were synthesized fully characterized. It was found that the both molecules crystallize in orthorhombic system, space group of P212121. The photophysical properties connections between structure chromophores investigated experimentally theoretically. revealed absorption single-photon excited fluorescence (SPEF) spectra show remarkable bathochromic shifts with increasing polarity solvents. two have strong two-photon large cross-sections near-infrared range. Additionally, microscopy (TPM) fluorescent imaging BEL-7402 cells labeled Z1 Z2 their potential application as a biological probe.
