摘要: The purpose of this paper is to standardised four-step flexibility assessment methodology for evaluating the available electrical load reduction or increase a building can provide in response signal from an aggregator grid operator.,The four steps consist Step 1: systems, loads, storage and generation identification; 2: characterisation; 3: scenario modelling; 4: key performance indicator (KPI) label.,A detailed case study one building, validated through on-site experiments, verified feasibility accuracy approach.,The results were benchmarked against demonstration studies but could benefit future development benchmarks.,The ease implementation enables operators quickly cost effectively evaluate their building. By clearly defining range, KPI label contract negotiation between stakeholders demand side services. It may also be applicable as smart readiness indicator.,The novel has capability operationalise concept wider spectrum society, enabling roll-out residential small commercial customers.,This fulfils identified need early stage which explicitly includes source selection that implemented offline manner without extensive real-time data acquisition, ICT platforms additional metre sensor installations.
