摘要: Abstract Certification according to international standards brings many benefits the society, including technical, economic and environmental aspects. In this context, paper highlights of certification Demand Response, additional credibility which provides trading flexibility higher confidence between different players. The consequence is a dynamic environment facilitates market acceptance Response services products, providing significant providers users such services. A methodology for systematic activities related transaction resources has been developed it presented here. particular, three types certificate have specified, considering entity resource (Demand Provider), contractual framework provider requester Product) physical platform enable guarantee Energy Service Trader). results may help regulators standardization bodies in design specification future norm allow above-mentioned activities, or further development existing regulation energy efficiency systems (like ISO (International Standard Organization) 50001), where could be complementary.
