摘要: E-government is a relatively new branch of study within the Information Systems (IS) field. This paper examines factors influencing adoption e-government services by citizens. Factors that have been explored in extant literature present inadequate understanding relationship exists between ‘adopter characteristics’ and ‘behavioral intention’ to use services. These inadequacies identified through systematic thorough review empirical studies considered government citizen (G2C) electronic critically assesses key influence service adoption; reviews limitations research methodologies; discusses importance 'citizen characteristics' 'organizational factors' services; argues for need examine developing world.
