摘要: Abstract Laparoscopy has become the standard of care for kidney recovery during live donor nephrectomy (LDN) because well-documented better outcomes minimally invasive surgery compared with open approach [1–4]. Especially in population, cosmetic results are great importance; therefore, an effort to reduce incision size should be attempted while maintaining safe general principles surgery. We present our initial experience use 3-mm instruments laparoscopic LDN.
