摘要: Sudden colony losses occurred in Turkey, mostly Hatay and Adana region the year of 2007. After this event, all our laboratory experiments were focused on region. The aim study was to investigate situation honey bee diseases HatayAdana determine probable causes losses. In research, 97 88 brood combs collected from during spring autumn field works. total numbers investigated adult 3880 3520 Hatay. All debris samples under dissection microscope for diagnosis Varroasis. Spore counting method used Nosemosis. “Guanine visualization” “dissection” methods Acarapiasis. Larval inoculated selective media determination American European Foulbrood. For bacterial identification, biochemical tests Gramstained slides light microscope. As a result analyses, Varroasis determined ratio 98% high level Nosemosis 12.97%. diagnostic that applied samples, Foulbrood detected at rate 29% an 19% respectively. healthy bees 52%. Consequently, we saw parasitic microbial exist they are prevalent but showed not only single disease also combination other factors could cause severe
