摘要: Aims: Validation of an enumeration method to be used as official control in the framework Council Directive 70/524/EEC for probiotic enterococci feed additives. Methods and Results: Twenty laboratories 12 European countries carried out a collaborative study. A plate count using bile esculin azide (BEA) agar was used. Precision data terms repeatability (r) reproducibility (R) different feeding stuffs three inoculation levels were determined.
