摘要: Aims: Validation of an enumeration method to be used as official control in the framework Council Directive 70/524/EEC for probiotic enterococci feed additives. Methods and Results: Twenty laboratories 12 European countries carried out a collaborative study. A plate count using bile esculin azide (BEA) agar was used. Precision data terms repeatability (r) reproducibility (R) different feeding stuffs three inoculation levels were determined. Enterococci present samples single component or mixtures with other additives.
