摘要: Objective To investigate the roles of nitric oxide (NO) and NO synthases [endothelial constitutive synthase (eNOS) inducible (iNOS)] in pathogenesis ureteric damage during course obstructive uropathy. Material methods The expression nitrotyrosine, eNOS iNOS was studied 54 Sprague–Dawley rats using immunohistochemistry with concurrent immunohistochemical staining. Results Hypertrophy fibrotic changes smooth muscle obstructed ureters were noticed after ligation. iNOS, nitrotyrosine layer from Days 7, 10 14 ligation, respectively, increased until Day 21 post-ligation then decreased. significantly correlated (r=0.9698 0.9683, respectively; p<0.0001 for both). Conclusion may play important tissue o...
