摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate the presence iNOS in murine uterus and embryo at implantation. Western blot analysis showed a 130-kDa band with strong reactivity anti-iNOS antibody pre- peri-implantation stage uteri. This faint postimplantation Immunocytochemical studies heavy localization specifically on apical cells uterine endometrium stages. But uteri resorbed showing weaker expression iNOS. induced by estrogen induction intensified when progesterone given along estrogen. truly mimics vivo situation since implantation mice occurs an surge background progesterone. embryos too express stage. We suggest that expressed would lead enhanced NO production, which could act as vasodilator angiogenic mediator. These effects promote attachment blastocyst uterus.
