摘要: Abstract Salbutamol (SAL) is a beta-adrenoreceptor agonist (beta-agonist) and widely used as growth promoter in livestock poultry. Two schemes for the immunochromatographic analysis of SAL using gold nanoparticles labels have been developed tested modes visual instrumental detection. The direct scheme was characterized by an detection limit 0.4 ng/mL, operating range 0.6–6.8 ng/mL 10.9 ng/mL. time 10 min. indirect labeling (using combination native specific antibodies labeled anti-species antibodies) allowed five-fold reduction In foods, 4.0 ng/g meat products 3.0 ng/g milk samples. 15 min. system high level cross-reactivity with terbutaline (50%) orciprenaline (10.5%), molecules which similar structures to that SAL. assay samples may be implemented without pre-treatment or dilution, proving its applicability on-site control. Its rapidity simplicity suggest proposed effective tool mass screening foods.
