摘要: We develop a theory for the full counting statistics (FCS) class of nanoelectromechanical systems (NEMS), describable by Markovian generalized master equation. The is applied to two specific examples current interest: vibrating C60-molecules and quantum shuttles. report numerical evaluation first three cumulants C60 setup; shuttle we use third cumulant substantiate that giant enhancement in noise observed at shuttling transition due slow switching between competing conduction channels. Especially last example illustrates power FCS.
