摘要: Fetal experience determines some of the characteristics human adults. Well-nourished mothers have offspring who are adapted to affluent conditions; on a low level nutrition lean environments. If mother's forecast her offspring's future environment is incorrect, health may suffer severely. The developmental plasticity that accounts for ill humans living in conditions rapid economic change commonplace biology. Understanding evolutionary background sets origins context and has profound implications public health.
