摘要: Few calcium entry blockers have been studied in the treatment of vertigo. Flunarizine and cinnarizine are most extensively substances. They shown to be valuable drugs therapeutic approach A few pilot studies performed with nimodipine but controlled data lacking. has a direct long-lasting vestibulodepressant effect both animals humans. In patients labyrinthine vertigo, it produced marked symptomatic relief symptoms significantly exceeding effects placebo or nicergoline. number dealing vertigo central etiology were also positive. Patient selection such trials, however, is doomed less precise so that cautiousness must exerted interpreting studies. The level proof for flunarizine still as good other substances better. It discussed whether due blocking properties.
