摘要: A noncovalent strategy is proposed for endowing responseless catanionic surfactant (a mixture of cationic and anionic surfactants) aggregates with responsive abilities by addition a responser. In this strategy, the composition can be carefully selected to render sensitive added responsers, responsers chosen from plenty commercialized candidates, which bear groups will noncovalently incorporated into aggregates. paper, we report an illustrative example strategy: dual-responsive vesicles are realized simply adding responser, SC (sodium cholate), stimuli-inert DEAB/SDS (dodecyl triethyl ammonium bromide/sodium dodecyl sulfate) vesicular aqueous solution at low responser/surfactant molar ratio 0.045. The resultant DEAB/SDS/SC undergo reversible transitions between micelles in response temperature or pH variations. Possible mechanisms these behaviors speculated, where temperature-responsive hydroxyl pH-responsive carboxylate group thought crucial. This ability-endowing shows potential as general, versatile, economical method fabricating stimuli-responsive self-assemblies.
