An Insight into the Human Resource Management Practices Adopted by Entrepreneurs in South Africa

摘要: Entrepreneurs play a pivotal role in contributing to economic development many countries. As such, it is within this construct that research the discourse of entrepreneurship should advocate for need explore on Human Resource Management (HRM) initiatives positively influence entrepreneurship. Therefore, paper adopts conceptual analysis HRM practices adopted by entrepreneurs’ South Africa. The findings highlight four distinctcategories HRM. first category reveals extent whichHRM entrepreneurs Africa are changing. In second category, functions clearly delineated with areas such as training and development, recruitment selection elaborated. third government fostering good highlighted. fourth diverse multi-faceted area practice conclusion also taking into cognisance distinct categories an centric model presented which underscores flexibility pragmatism adoption policies procedures.The results study will inform policy terms strategies, guidelines tools effective entreprenuers.
