摘要: Background: Deletion in liver cancer gene (DLC1) and phosphorylated focal adhesion kinase (p-FAK) have recently been reported as metastasis-related genes. However, the roles prognostic values of their expression epithelial ovarian carcinomas (EOCs) remain unclear. Methods: The value DLC1 p-FAK Y397 EOC were evaluated by immunohistochemistry multivariate analysis. Results: Low high found 76 cases EOC. negatively correlated. Multivariate analysis showed that combination them was an independent marker (P = 0.0319). Conclusions: pFAK had association with clinicopathologic characteristics Expression neither these genes a factor alone, but revealed significant 60 advanced stage
