Expression of pY397 FAK promotes the development of non-small cell lung cancer.

摘要: Focal adhesion kinase (FAK) expression has been identified as associated with cancer development and metastasis. Autophosphorylation of FAK at tyrosine (Y) 397 (pY397) performs a critical role in tumor cell signaling. However, few studies have evaluated the pY397 non-small lung (NSCLC). In present study, NSCLC was investigated using immunohistochemistry. staining scores were compared between various groups specimens associations clinical pathological characteristics investigated. A Kaplan-Meier survival curve used to determine association prognosis patients. The results study revealed that localized cytoplasm cells, overexpressed tissues, well metastatic when corresponding non-tumor tissues. no significant difference primary lesions lymph node metastases. Furthermore, not found be size, gender, degree differentiation, histotypes, presence metastases or rate These indicate is involved NSCLC, but prognostic marker for disease.
