摘要: Abstract This paper reports results of an investigation aiming at finding what affects the microstructure and density barium titanate (BaTiO 3 ) by spark-plasma-sintering (SPS) process. Nano-sized BaTiO powders were prepared different chemical methods then sintered under SPS conditions such as synthesis methods, heating rate, holding time sintering temperature, etc. The possible effects these factors upon densities grain size have been analyzed in details. show that dense with less than 100 nm can be obtained controlling during
