摘要: The very early stage of nano-BaTiO 3 sintering was monitored using a number experimental methods. It found that in situ impedance spectroscopy provides the most sensitive probe to determine beginning process. Dramatic changes can be detected on time scales minutes at temperature as low 500°C. mechanisms behind these hardly influence surface area and do not result shrinkage. A microscopic model process complies with observations is suggested discussed. This includes oxygen vacancy formation stage, particle rearrangement shrinkage stage.
