摘要: Carbon monoxide (CO) is considered as a new emerging cell signal molecule which involved in plant growth, development, and acquisition of stress tolerance. In recent years, hydrogen sulfide (H2S) has been found to have similar functions, but crosstalk between CO H2S the heat tolerance plants not clear. this study, pretreatment tobacco (Nicotiana tabaccum L.) cells cultured suspension with donor hematin significantly increased survival percentage under regrowth ability after stress, alleviated decrease vitality, accumulation malondialdehyde. addition, treatment enhanced activity L-cysteine desulfhydrase, key enzyme biosynthesis, turn induced endogenous cells. Interestingly, hematin-induced was by addition NaHS, donor, weakened specific inhibitors biosynthesis DL-propargylglycine or its scavenger hypotaurine. Furthermore, hemoglobin (a scavenger) zinc protoporphyrin IX synthetic inhibitor) had no significant effect on NaHS-induced These results suggest that could improve cells, might exert role downstream CO-induced
