摘要: Methanol-to-olefin (MTO) reactions were investigated over three kinds of SAPO-34 catalysts with similar acidities but different crystallite sizes to elucidate the effect size on their catalytic performance, especially in terms induction period and deactivation. The prepared showed physical chemical properties, except for sizes. catalyst composed large crystallites (∼7 μm) was activated after a definite deactivated rapidly, while that small (∼0.4 achieved complete conversion without any appreciable retained its activity relatively long time. This variation performance according attributed number accessible cages near external surface diffusion limitation materials. Simulated profiles MTO supported this explanation.
