摘要: In the present study, SAPO-34 and SAPO-5 catalysts with different crystallite size were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions partially characterized by XRD, SEM, EDX, BET NH3-TPD. Crystallite sizes in range of 450 nm–8 μm obtained. To elucidate effects on their catalytic performance, especially terms conversion, life time selectivity, performance methanol-to-olefin reaction over these two SAPO was investigated. The catalyst small crystals showed a longer lifetime higher conversion methanol as well more than 50 % selectivity toward light olefins. Synthesized larger significantly shorter lower overall results this study demonstrate that not only phase (SAPO-34 or SAPO-5) but also crystal are critical factors governing MTO selectivity.
