摘要: The proinflammatory cytokines interleukin (IL)-1β and IL-6 are increased after acute myocardial infarction (MI). Moreover, serum level is elevated MI, but has also been associated with heart failure. In the present study, function was monitored in a rat model of chronic MI. Cytokine expression infarcted non-infarcted myocardium as well hearts sham-operated controls measured by ribonuclease-protection assay. To identify cells contributing to cytokine expression, we further analyzed myocytes non-myocytes isolated phase during congestive failure (CHF) There strong induction infarct area 6 h myocardium, only slightly h. This not different from may, therefore, be induced stress catecholamines. CHF, however, normal.
