摘要: The proinflammatory cytokines interleukin (IL)-1β and IL-6 are increased after acute myocardial infarction (MI). Moreover, serum level is elevated MI, but has also been associated with heart failure. In the present study, function was monitored in a rat model of chronic MI. Cytokine expression infarcted non-infarcted myocardium as well hearts sham-operated controls measured by ribonuclease-protection assay.
