摘要: Our observations, and those from others, give further support to our hypothesis that “autoimmune aPL” may be generated by immunization with products bacteria or viruses after incidental exposure infection. We also were able generate APS-like syndrome in a strain of mice susceptible autoimmunity, indicating other factors are likely involved, such as genetic predisposition. Furthermore, not all aPL pathogenic. Based on the clinical experience numerous reports presence large number infectious diseases, it expected produced during infection will A limited induced certain viral/bacterial would pathogenic genetically predisposed individuals. Further studies identify agents responsible for induction needed. Identification bacterial and/or viral help finding strategies prevention production “pathogenic” antibodies. Alternatively, free peptides used induce tolerance against abrogate their effects.
