摘要: A novel nanocomposite film was developed by incorporating functionalized carbon nanotube (PCNT) and gallic acid (GA) into carboxymethyl konjac glucomannan (CKGM) gelatin (GL) matrix. The influences of the PCNT content on structural, morphological, mechanical, barrier, thermal antimicrobial properties CKGM/GL were discussed. structure PCNT@CKGM/GL characterized FT-IR, SEM, AFM. crystal ability generated XRD TGA-DTG. analyses FT-IR revealed that amide linkage strong hydrogen bonding formed between CKGM, GL, PCNT. Moreover, characterization mechanical properties, moisture activities indicated benefits adding films. results suggested films exhibited activity against Staphylococcus aureus Escherichia coli. Therefore, such have potential maintaining quality prolong shelf life food products.
