摘要: Prostasomes are secretory granules synthesized, stored, and secreted by normal neoplastic human prostate epithelial cells. The aim of our study was examine whether prostasome antibody presence in serum bears any prognostic significance for men with cancer. We developed a sensitive specific immunoassay (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) establish antiprostasome antibodies serum. titer serum, sampled before kind therapy examined together clinicopathologic variables outcome over median follow-up 350 days 218 patients verified detected these 191 (88%) patients. This did not correlate values prostate-specific antigen. Significant, inverse relationships were registered titer, metastases bone and/or lymph nodes (P = 0.035) pT 0.025).
